The forgiving part is probably my most favourite. Kinda like the unconditional love from a dog.

Also am loving the reminder that I need to do this all the time, which, like most yogis like yourself already get!

Go Megan! I do yoga every day, if not every other, and it’s a great thing to get into, whether one is looking for spiritual aspects or not. Perhaps the most agreeable thing about a good yoga practice is that it doesn’t expect same or better performance every day, making room for the ebbs and flows of our bodies through daily life. I hope the 40 days doesn’t overload your already radiant self

Thanks for posting this on your blog, I am a broadcaster/producer from Australia, now living in Vancouver and was very excited about about the bridging media event, but unfortunately it coincided with our moving day and I just couldn’t leave the boys to wrap my ‘fragiles’ alone, so am very pleased to be able to review online……ahhh the beauty of web 2.0
